The main goal is to begin with a group of individuals with the common goal of getting together outside of their home and work and have it develop into a group of life-long friends. Individuals will have opportunities to discuss their interests, ask for advice from those who may be going through similar situations or just sit back and enjoy an afternoon out.
Those who choose will have an opportunity to help take part in the weekly meetings with a more involved role. Examples include: helping to come up with ideas for outings, brainstorm how to get others involved, welcoming 1st time attendees, etc.
