How Asperger Syndrome Affects Girls
Asperger's and Girls is a new book that provides up-to-date information about girls and women with Asperger Syndrome. Covering topics such as diagnoses, education, puberty, relationships, and careers, experts in the field share practical advice for both caregivers and the women and girls who are affected by Asperger Syndrome. Other chapters are written by women who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. They candidly reveal their experiences and compassionately advise others. Finally, this book recognizes the unique problems of girls on the spectrum. Dr. Tony Attwood and Dr. Temple Grandin are both authors of this book, along with seven other experts.
